A MASSIVE THANKS GOES TO MARK AND HIS TEAM AT ABACUS…

My daughter, Lucy and her friends had an amazing time celebrating her 18th birthday party and a big part of the success goes to Mark and Abacus so thank you!

Lucy was recommended to Mark from a previous party he had done. She got in touch with Mark and he spoke to her about some ideas to present to her. He sent her a quote with three packages and we were impressed with how it was laid out.

He came over for a site visit and explained in more detail what he had planned and from the get go he gave us all the confidence we needed. I’ve never hired a marquee before and I had my doubts whether it would work. Mark provided almost everything that was needed to make her birthday party a huge hit.

He explained clearly where everything would go inside the marquee, offered advice the location of the tent and always had our interests of our event before his own.

Lucy wanted a nightclub experience and thats exactly what Abacus provided. The black lining with lighting in the ceiling, huge dance floor, bar & the lovely bar staff too. The LED cube seats were a huge hit and looked great at night! I was amazed at the extent at what was available the list is endless and glad we stopped when we did at choosing options.

I was pleased when it came to the set up that Mark was actually part of the installation team. They came to install the marquee a day before the event and were all polite, courteous and friendly and had it all set up by mid afternoon.

The event itself went without a hitch and Abacus provided an event videographer too and Lucy’s eager to see the footage! Lots of her friends were amazed with the marquee and am sure they’d like something similar for their birthday too.

The team came on the Tuesday to dismantle everything and left the garden just as they found it.

The whole process of hiring the marquee wasn’t as stressful as anticipated and I will happily recommend Abacus to my friends & family as they made planning an event easy. Thanks Mark & team.
